Scott was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and informed me that I had a bat in the upstairs of my garage. He told me that bat extermination is a service that Ehrlich provides. He sprayed the exterior and interior of my home thoroughly and replaced the sticky traps.
I would like to give a shout out to Marie Travis. She was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable in what she was doing. She took the time to explain what she was going to do. Marie was very friendly. I would love to have her for my maintenance agreement.
