"I cannot say enough good things about Batteries Plus Phone Repair in Brookhaven PA! I had a broken screen on my phone and was dreading the hassle of getting it fixed. However, the technical specialist who helped me, Tywan Faust, was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly friendly, courteous, and efficient.
Tywan fixed my phone in no time at all, and he did it with a smile on his face, even though it was a hot day and the air conditioning was broken in the store! He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and informed about the repair process.

I called yesterday and spoke to tywan! He told me to stop by he would take a look at my phone! I went to the store this morning and tywan greeted me as soon as I came in took my phone went in the back , fixed it n I was out in 15 min!! He just got a new customer! Friendly customer service!!!
I can't say enough about this company. My husband had an issue with his phone and they fixed it. Just today I had a black screen and was told it would take a couple of hours. Not only did Justin fix it, but he delivered to me my brand new shiny fabulous phone in less than an hour. I highly recommend this place and their work. Thanks, Justin, for your help!
