My son and I have been to this location at least twice to have his iPhone fixed. It's sooo much cheaper than just getting and new phone and usually only takes about 20 minutes if no one is in the store. Twyan has helped us out each time we've gone in there. He's very down to earth, friendly, and knowledgeable. We certainly feel like we are in good hands working with him! My son already is talking about going back to have our key fab batteries replaced.
20 min and I had a new phone screen. Tywan took great care of me and the other customers waiting. Old-fashioned customer service- it’s been a while since I’ve seen someone care that much. Highly recommend!
If you need same day repair (it might depend on the condition of your phone)I recommend you to come here. I had a guy name Tywan, he was really cool and talkative making the experience great and the environment comfortable. It cost around $140 to repair my phone but it was worth the money!
