Jeri is a new grad who has landed her first career job at European Wax Brookhaven location, she was very friendly, engaging & thankfully gentle. From her warm welcome it was easy to gain a good rapport with her and although we conversed about a few things during my short session the structure of the conversation remained professional. Based off of previous experiences at this location, I believe Jeri is a great asset to the team. She is eager to learn and I wish her the best moving forward.

Today was my very first appointment for getting waxed. I chose under arms to start with as I have an injury and was not able to shave from the moment I called European wax in Brookhaven. I was treated with respect, pleasant people and knowledge of their products and services I was able to get in the same day, my wax specialist was McKenzie beautiful soul inside and out very nice girl. Very knowledgeable of her job made sure that I felt comfortable every aspect of the way. Booked my next appointment in a few weeks this place is clean, professional and just very nice to deal with especially in today’s world. Thank you for excellent service. It’s most appreciated.
