Brookhaven Nails Spa is a welcoming destination for nail care. The staff is accommodating and kind, particularly with sensitive clients. They provide therapeutic sessions, such as pedicures, and cater to special needs. The technicians, including Tiffany and To, are skilled in their craft and treat clients with care. They are also patient and attentive with elderly clients. While walk-ins are accepted, appointments are preferred. Services offered include gel refills, gel toe polish changes, and dip powder sets. However, some clients may find the prices to be steep for average service. Despite this, the staff's kindness and attention to detail make for a pleasant experience.
Anytime I get my nails done here they are amazing. Extremely clean they have so many different colors. The staff is very nice and treat you so good they make sure you’re always satisfied before leaving.
UPDATE: I hate to say it but this place has gone downhill and I’m not sure I will ever be returning. This is now the second or third time in a row that I have made an appointment and had to wait at least 20 minutes past the appointment time for them to even begin working on my nails. They had 2 of us with appointments waiting and then took 2 walk-ins as well after us. Clearly that’s how those of us with appointments get stuck waiting- they jam people in even though they don’t actually have the time. I’ve always liked this place because the people that work there are nice and friendly but I’m sick of them making their own prices as they go. The prices are always changing. $75 for a full set! That’s insane! No designs no special anything and it was $75!
