She was open and receptive to how I wanted my cut, and checked in on me several times during the cut to see if I wanted to make any changes. The hair wash was amazing and she was incredibly thorough. Genesis took the time to make sure all her supplies were clean, washed and sanitized. She directed me to a shampoo that would be good for my hair type which I bought.
