We have been using their services for a little over a year to help out with keeping mice away. We typically have Connor, but today we had Sean (or Shawn … sorry I didn’t get the spelling!). Both were always respectful and knowledgeable when providing their services. They each answered all of our questions and explained what they were doing clearly. We plan to keep using their services.

We had an outstanding experience with Connor from L&L Pest Control at our Airbnb home in the Poconos. From the moment he arrived, Connor was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all our questions patiently, and made sure we felt confident that the property was well-protected.
Connor’s attention to detail was impressive—he inspected both the interior and exterior meticulously and offered helpful tips on preventing future pest issues. He was also punctual and respectful of our home, leaving everything spotless after the service.
L&L Pest Control always does a great job. We’ve used them for the last 5 years or so and have zero complaints. They treat our property like it was their own. Sean was on time, attentive, very friendly and professional. Everyone we deal with from the company is always courteous and helpful. Greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend them.
