All the L&L employees who have come to our home have been very friendly and detailed. Scheduling has always been easy and accommodating. Ashley Ford in particular is always very pleasant and nice to talk to over the phone. Would recommend to anyone needing pest control services.
Shoutout to Joe Ortiz for top-notch quarterly service! He went above and beyond to make sure every single corner of our home was sprayed and treated. Professional, punctual, and very meticulous.
They were very easy to work with, I scheduled an appointment and had to change the date. They graciously made the adjustment for me. Today prior to my technician arriving, he called giving me his anticipated arrival time. He listened to my concerns and addressed the area accordingly.
