Matt came out and looked over the situation the same day, sent us a quote by Tuesday morning, and his crew installed on Thursday of the same week. I couldn't believe the quick turnaround, and now the job is done. We didn't even shop around because he was the only contractor who called us back, and the price was totally reasonable. All the old equipment was removed, the mess was cleaned up, and the new furnace is ready to go when the temperature drops. I highly recommend Epic and wouldn't hesitate to call again for future needs.“
