I have been taking my Fur Baby's to Dr. Lee & her staff for many many year's. She & her staff are very caring & have always been pleasant & available anytime I needed them. As long as the Brockway Veterinarian Clinic is still in practice, I will never take my babie's anywhere else, my family & I will be forever greatfull to Dr. Lee & her staff for taking such great care of my animal's.
Before I moved away, this was my vet office. When I moved back, I was really hoping I could get back in with them. They took me in, and I was so grateful. I took Sophie, my 9 year old cat, in for a check up. I try to clean her ears but IDK how deep to go and her teeth were getting bad. Doc cleaned her ears a bit and then we had to schedule a surgery to have her 2 canine teeth pulled. When it was time for Sophie's surgery, I was happy to take her in. I told them about her ears being waxy again too. Surgery went well and when I got Sophie back, her ears were PERFECTLY clean. Took my best friend here twice recently. He's an older kitty who doesn't like to be handled...or to travel...or to get blood drawn...or the vet really at all.
The staff were very good to him despite him being a bit difficult, they were attentive and answered my questions and heard my concerns. They didn't try to push anything unneeded like some places do and seem like a bunch of people who are passionate about the animals they care for treating them and their owners with care and respect.
10/10 will call them again if my kitty needs help in the future.
