Had a really good experience with them. Sent me my contacts and one of the prescriptions had been reversed. They got it corrected and shipped the correct one at no charge to me. Great customer service. Will definitely use them again
Customer service is good. Order was easy. I ordered contacts, tracking showed as delivered but I never received the contacts. Mark from customer service helped resolve this. Eventually the contacts were shipped to a different address, which worked out. Price is competitive to other online vendors (yes, it is terribly annoying that the full price is never quoted upfront - unfortunately all online vendors do that).

I made a mistake in ordering my contacts on Webeye, and had to return the unopened contact lenses and reorder the correct lenses which are called toric multifocal. Cole was teriffic in helping me get the new box of lenses and helped me get a refund on my credit card for the difference in the two boxes.
Great company and great service. Highly recommend
