Ordini's is the absolute best. With such a big project, issues are going to arise, and whenever they did, Chuck and his team were thoughtful, responsive, and quick to come up with solutions. Most importantly, they don't forget about you once the pool goes in the ground. Chuck tells you become part of the Ordini family and he means what he says. They will always be there to help you with any issues. Our fiberglass pool was one of the best decisions our family has ever made.
While the point of contact at Ordini's has been wonderful and the product is great, the installation process has been pretty upsetting. The jets in the spa haven't worked right since day one and its been over a month since install. The guys who came to dig and do the curtain drain around did not do it properly. The electrician recommended by the pool company has been a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. DO NOT USE POWERLINE ELECTRIC!! Paul will show up long enough to get paid but he will leave you in a lurch and unbeknownst to us, also in a very dangerous situation where we had propane leaks from several locations. The whole process was effortless! Enjoyed meeting the Ordini guys and deciding on the right pool size for us. On the day of the pool arrival, Tyrone was great coordinating the digging, making sure the pool was accurately placed in the whole and stayed all day until the water was put in! The team of workers were very considerate and would highly recommend this pool company!!
