Best in the area! Never let down by nails. High quality, excellent at simple but also extremely talented for fun designs. Mia has been doing my nails for years I’d never go anywhere else.

**Mimi here. To clear out the air on the recent reviews from several years ago, after Covid 2020, Pretty nails have left a lot of clients upset due to pricing or customer service. Time has change and nail became a luxury to upkeep. We're no longer the basic $25 Full Set salon. Clients bring in pictures and have expectations. Being part of Pretty Nails team on and off for 15+ years, for those who know me personally, I am very personal and patience. For the one rating a customer said that Mimi and her sister was very rude. I clearly remember that incident from that time. From past experiences, this was a hard to please customer and there is always two side to every story. For everyone who's in customer service business, you will get those customers once in a blue moon. They can't get their frustration out to make you feel bad, so they take it out on their keyboard to give you bad ratings. I'm not sure who still uses Yelp, but it's a new year, I want to reintroduce myself. For new customers in the area that looking for a new nail place, don't let the post covid review scare you away. I love pretty nails. My friend bridgette brought me and I can't express my frustration when it comes to finding a good nail salon that knows what they are doing. And these girls do a great job. I went to school for cosmetology. I know what is a true pedicure and manicure are. I'm from Phoenixville, take that drive. It's worth it. Thanks for being amazing. KristynServices: Gel manicures
