I've been a customer of Pointe Pest Control for years; like maybe 15 or more years? So just by that, you've got my testimony! No, but really, their Technicians are professional, knowledgeable, good communicators in that they listen attentatively to questions and comments, and then explain things so you can readily understand. If it should be necessary for them to return after a treatment (which is VERY rare), an additional spot treatment is provided at no extra cost. This is a trustworthy company, which I fully recommend!

This business is great. We have been using them for a few years now. They are always very responsive. We love the reminder texts/phone calls and the prompt responses we receive when we need extra services outside the scheduled visits. Bob, our tech, is always professional and personable. He is always on time and very thorough. We highly recommend this business.

Tony our Technician from Point Pest Control was out today for our Quarterly Service. As always Tony knocked at the door to ask if I had any issues or areas of concern. I did, my dogs have discovered a bee colony in my woodpile. Tony addressed that issue as well as answering a few questions my wife had. We are greatful to have Tony as our Regular Technician and I Highly Recommend him if you live in a semi-rural area or are dealing with any annoying insects or pests.
