I've been a customer of Pointe Pest Control for years; like maybe 15 or more years? So just by that, you've got my testimony! No, but really, their Technicians are professional, knowledgeable, good communicators in that they listen attentatively to questions and comments, and then explain things so you can readily understand. If it should be necessary for them to return after a treatment (which is VERY rare), an additional spot treatment is provided at no extra cost. This is a trustworthy company, which I fully recommend!
I just signed up with Pointe Pest Control because of a yellow jacket problem I was having. The entire staff was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, outlining all my options. They were never pushy or pressuring at all (which I cannot say about other pest companies I have worked with). Signing up was easy and scheduling my first visit was a breeze. The technician that came out was very polite and professional. The yellow jacket nest was taken care of and I am a happy customer. Looking forward to my next service appt. I would highly recommend this company.
