Over the nearly 10 years that we lived in our Ruhmel home, we had no problems whatsoever. Additionally, Hersh always made himself available to answer questions, even while we were selling. We have since moved to a major metropolitan area, and if we were to buy a house that is on par with the quality of our Ruhmel house, it would cost more than double. Needless to say, we miss our Ruhmel house, its high level of quality, as well as having access to a builder with such integrity.

My parents built a house with Hersh 20 years ago and still rave about their experience working with him and the quality of their home - it's still in great shape! When my wife and I moved into the area, there was no question who we wanted to work with. We loved his focus on doing things the right way, experience with energy efficient technologies and practices, and the homes he and Robin build are so beautiful. They helped us with an extensive search for land, although we couldn't find a great fit in our tight budget.
