I got glass in my tire on Saturday night i was staying overnight in Breezewood.
And he met me early in the morning and repaired my tires. So I could get back on the road on a Sunday morning. Very cool guy, man of his word.
I blew the side wall out on my tire and they made sure the next morning they got the tire ordered and put it on for me. The price was unbeatable and absolutely the best customer service experience! They have earned a loyal customer going forward and I won't go anywhere else!
We broke down on 1-70 west with a flat tire and drove on the spare to RCR Auto Services. Chance was beyond helpful in a stressful situation, was willing to be available at whatever time we pulled in and got the tire changed out and had us back on the road in no time. Also, took a few minutes to educate us on another issue and even called us once we were back on the road to make sure we were all good! Outstanding service, and would not hesitate to use this garage again. So impressed, we are getting new tires there as well later this week!
