I came to Allegheny Health and Physical Medicine at just 18 weeks pregnant with extreme sciatic pain and symphysis pubis dysfunction. I was barely able to walk, get out of bed, and get in and out of my car. The pain was excruciating and I was desperate for any type of relief with little hopes of getting any better. After just ONE VISIT my pain almost disappeared completely. I have religiously seen Dr. Zak weekly through the rest of my pregnancy up until delivery. Without his help there is no way I would have been able to function let alone keep working without substantial pain through my pregnancy. Dr Zak Petrak has helped me with my back pain so much. He has so much to offer at the Sarver office. They were very accommodating with schedule changes as well. I was having such bad back pain and si joint problems. He taught me exercises to use even at home. The treatment plan has helped me so much with my pain. And taught me how to manage my pain. My primary doctor just kept ordering pain meds. Only a temporary fix and caused more problems than the natural remedies. The staff were so kind , I always felt welcomed when I walked into the office. I Love this place. My back hasn't felt this good in over 10 years! Dr. MJ is such a thorough, well versed in patient care that I have ever witnessed. I went there for neck pain and lower back pain and after 3 adjustments, I felt really great. I am continuing with Dr. MJ's plan for me and am so looking forward to the progress and results that will continue. I highly recommend this place and especially Dr. MJ. The office is located in Natrona Heights on 10th avenue. I highly recommend going there for any chiropractic need. Jeff W.
