I came to Allegheny Health and Physical Medicine at just 18 weeks pregnant with extreme sciatic pain and symphysis pubis dysfunction. I was barely able to walk, get out of bed, and get in and out of my car. The pain was excruciating and I was desperate for any type of relief with little hopes of getting any better. After just ONE VISIT my pain almost disappeared completely. I have religiously seen Dr. Zak weekly through the rest of my pregnancy up until delivery. Without his help there is no way I would have been able to function let alone keep working without substantial pain through my pregnancy. I was finally able to enjoy this pregnancy and focus on the excitement of our new arrival. Everyone at this office was so wonderful and attentive. They greeted me every time with a smiling face and even called to check on me after the birth of my son. I will ALWAYS recommend Dr. Zak and Dr. Dawn. This place is amazing to say the least!!!!
