If we could give 6 stars, we would...our experience with Astro Fence was exemplary, from our first contact at their booth at the Oley Fair, through to the day of completion. Kim and Keely (and everyone else we were in contact with) were responsive to all our communications and questions, answering with prompt same-day replies to all our inquiries. Extremely friendly, very thorough, with pricing slightly below other competitors we contacted. Keely excelled in perfectionism during the install of our fence, did not rush through the project, and insured that every single post and rail were installed properly. I received three quotes for a dog fence installation. I was disappointed by the first two companies' reps in that they seemed like they were just going through the motions and throwing out a number.Astro brought samples, explained the pros and cons of different type fences and took considerable time looking at my property and helping me decide the best layout.Installation was even more impressive. They took extraordinary measures to make the fence conform to my needs as a homeowner. I was given daily updates and explanations about mistakes people make with their fence choices.
