My father stopped in out of the blue with a lock that had no key, no tailpiece, and that needed an extra long set back (which is unusual). Ken had everything my father needed to get the lock working again! My father returned a second time with two more locks, and he was able to help him out again. Ken was reasonable, reliable, and overall great -- if you have any lock issues please give Ken a call first.

Need a Spare key for my car. Nobody had this particular car key but Ken DID. It took him a while and the key DOESN'T have the key fob which I think it should for $160 for ONE key.

We had a key stock in the lock on our store front door. I called Ken's to request a service call. Ken was busy and not able to make it to us for several hours, however the receptionist that answered the phone was extremely knowledgeable and gave me clear directions on how to disassemble the lock and fix the issue myself. Very friendly and willing to help me even by preventing a service call which resulted in no bill. I am sure to give them my business in the future.
