I went in to get blonde highlights in my brown hair and to get my roots done. when the hair stylist was done not only were my roots the same as when I walked in but my hair was completely blonde even though she used foils. There were zero brown hair left visible. When I told her that it was completely blonde she said she gave me exactly what I asked for which is untrue since I asked for blonde highlights in my brown hair. I would highly recommend that you use a different salon other than Shear Creations.
