All I can say is WOW! From beginning to end, Kathy was professional. Realtors can sometimes be pushy - Kathy guided us though the entire process, giving us options along the way and making sure we were informed to make the best decisions for us. As a first time home-buyer, we weren't sure how to approach making an offer. Kathy helped us nail down our options and best strategic offer, which led to us acquiring our dream home - this was the most important thing to us. Kathy found out what we wanted and she went to bat! Home-buying can be such a stressful time but Kathy really helped take the weight off of our shoulders. I can't recommend her enough. Thank you Kathy!
