NEVER EVER WORK WITH GRETCHEN KNITTEL!! She is an absolutely vile and abusive real estate agent. I have never in my life been so insulted and abused by another person, let alone in a professional setting. She is wildly unprofessional and should not be licensed to do real estate at all! She went so far as to call me "UNSIGNIFICANT". She will also make sure to take advantage of you. She will structure deals that will victimize people and disenfranchise them and then insult them when they ask for help to not be taken advantage of. She is the worst kind of person.There are so many other wonderful people in the world you can hire as your agent- avoid Gretchen Knittel and Fox and Roach at all costs.
