Robert G Dent Heating & A/C, Inc

Excellent customer service and communication. My mother has used them for 20 years and every time they’ve come through for her even during hard times. I’ve ever been in contact with them I’ve been very happy with the service I’ve received. Find another company who will answer you on Christmas Eve at 11pm without trying to charge you $200 just to say hello. Great people!

I want to give this review for a specific employee. I believe his name was Paul. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. What an amazing worker Dents has working for them. I would recommend Dents specifically because of Paul.

Now on the opposite end. I couldn't give a full 5 stars because the other employee who came with Paul. (His name was Jesse I believe) He was rude and short tempered. When I tried to ask him questions he was angry and made it seem like I was bothering him. I even caught him being rude to his co worker. If it weren't for Paul I would have sent them away and requested a different company.

Mike was excellent in helping me with my cold air return and hot air plenum. The sheet metal work was excellent. I am completely happy with what he made for me. Very nice person to talk with on what you need made. Thanks!!
