FANTASTIC, FRIENDLY & RELIABLE. Came out within 24 hours of phone call for our yellow jackets wasp problem inside a cement foundation wall. He explained the process, explained why the "powder" is more effective than store bought "spray". An honest service person YES PLEASE. He pointed out the other wasp nests that were exposed & told me how/when to spray them with our store bought wasp killer spray! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY THAT PUTS CUSTOMER SERVICE & INTEGRITY as a priority!
Staff was very friendly and very easy to work with. The field tech was on time for the scheduled appointment. Only issue is the price of the inspection, all they had to do was look at the floor joists around the perimeter of the foundation, it took less than 10 mins and cost 132.50.
