Moved back to the area in August. Trained here 20 years ago. Staff & members very friendly-happy to be back! ?? All the necessary equipment for a great workout. It’s ALL about the effort you commit to! Exercise, food choices & lifestyle ?

Great that they have a sauna and free weightsIt can be a bit cramped but that's part of the charm I thinkThey regularly hold weight loss challenges and provide onsite personal training for anyone.

I have been going to this gym for 10+ years now and even though I've moved away I still come back and will go here over every other gym in the area during the holidays. Why? Because the employees, trainers and the gym owner do an outstanding job at making you feel comfortable, at home and like you're apart of one big family. They will talk with you, joke with you, push you and encourage you. The trainers are great at any physical fitness needs you may have and the competitions they hold are great to get you in that competitive edge to push you even harder towards your goals.
