PGT has been a solid choice. From the start, they were honest and professional. Orientation was smooth, hotel was clean, and they actually paid me for my time. Trucks are in great shape and the staff treats you with respect. If you’re a hard-working driver looking for a real company, give PGT a shot.

I worked for them. They have really good people there. But not the greatest company to work for. They want robot drivers. They have camera's in the trucks and there always calling you on everything. My experience wasn't bad but I'll never work for a company with cameras again. It was annoying and distracting. And the comunication was not good. And I got blamed for there comunication mistakes. But I did make good money with them. And had a nice international lt. Witch I never had any real issues with.

I started almost 1 year ago and at first I did not like the company and didn't want to stay, I won't go into detail as why, but it had to do with training. But they wanted me to go back out and have a day of retraining and I did. The guys really helped me tremendously! Very good company to work for from my experience since I retrained. All the dispatchers I have talked to have all worked with me to get a load close to home when I have asked. The longest I have had to wait for a load is probably 1 to 1.5 hours.
