Dr. Piotolla was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and encouraging during my appointment today. I had to have a root canal and it was a difficult and painful one. Throughout the appointment he went over every step and told me exactly what he was doing and how to let him know if I was experiencing pain. He took care of me the entire time and the hygienist assisting him (I wish I caught her name) was incredible as well and made sure I was feeling okay and they both made me laugh as well to make it a better experience.
