“We couldn't be more happy with our Tuscarora roof. We had a fantastic experience dealing with Kevin from start to finish. We got a couple estimates but we knew right away that we wanted to deal with Kevin. He was kind, patient, cheerful, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. We had a leak and he came out promptly to help us patch it up before getting the new roof. We had a ton of questions and he was very thorough and patient about answering all of them. It took me a long time to decide on color (GAF Timberline Slate in UHDZ) and he was also patient with that, and allowed me to look at many different samples while I made my decision. When it came time for the roof to go on Chris and his crew came out right on time and everyone was pleasant and efficient. A couple of small issues popped up but they were quick to deal with them and take care of them with honesty and care. They also cleaned up very well at the end of the project. We are so impressed with their integrity, honesty, and professionalism. The roof is absolutely stunning. We LOVE the color, design, and the work looks top notch. If we run into any issues I'm sure Kevin will take care of us. It's always intimidating choosing a company to come do a project and you never know what the work will be like or how the communication will be. We are so so happy we went with Tuscarora and have already referred them to friends and family. They worked quick and were done in a day, very polite and professional team of workers, and cleaned up really well. And it was a mess! Price was very fair and accurate. They did a great job on the gutters as well. That was done a few days later. They were done in 4 hours. Highly recommend - local Hanover, PA company and local people!“
