1350 Shady Ln, Chester Springs“Steve and I are boys at this point Steve — Exceptional Work
Steve arrived on time and immediately got to work with a level of professionalism that was truly refreshing. He diagnosed the issue within minutes, demonstrating a deep expertise that comes from years of genuine mastery. His workmanship was immaculate — clean, precise, and built to last. Steve communicated every step of the process clearly, making sure I understood exactly what was being done and why. He treated my home with respect, leaving the workspace cleaner than he found it. His pricing was fair and transparent, with absolutely no surprises on the final bill. It was a very expensive job and they were worth every penny. Steve is, without question, the only plumber I will ever call again. Debbie — Avoid at All Costs
Debbie is a nut. Her grasp of basic tasks appeared shaky at best, and she seemed more confused than the customer about what needed to be done. Every question I asked was met with a long pause or a half-mumbled non-answer. She left thoughts scattered across the conversation and made no effort to clean up after herself. Her attitude was dismissive, bordering on rude, as if the job was a personal inconvenience to her. Save yourself the headache — Debbie is the last person you want anywhere near your ears.“

450 Morgantown Rd, Reading“Exceptional customer service—Brett and Brad went above and beyond! Don’t hesitate to use them! If you want the whole story behind this great review, here it is:
I was visiting a family member who was just out of the hospital and I was helping out with some stuff around the house. The toilet had been flushing slowly and the parts (flushing mechanism etc), were clearly really old. Well, my family member had gone to a big box store and bought a kit for replacing the old parts. I saw it and said, “oh, sure, I can do this for you.” How hard can it be, I thought. If there’s a do-it-yourself kit, then it must be easy enough to do it yourself. Spoiler alert: not easy at all.
After a seriously difficult time taking all the parts out of the tank, I discovered that the kit was completely wrong for the toilet. Add to that, the water turn off valve next to the toilet didn’t work so we had to shut the water off IN THE WHOLE HOUSE in order to work on the toilet.
So now all the parts are out, the kit we have doesn’t work, and we have no running water or working toilet. So, I go back to the big box store just before closing and of course they don’t have what I need. I come back home and try to order it for next day. Nope. So now I have to put the old parts back in. Not fun or easy. Turn on the water and… the hose that connects the water to the tank is spraying water everywhere. After cleaning up the water and finally getting the leak under control, I went to bed. Exhausted.
The next morning, I was determined to get my hands on the parts and it suddenly occurred to me to look up plumbing supply stores, and that’s how I found Brett and Brad and Lincoln Plumbing.
Brett picked up and when I told him what I needed he immediately said, “I’m looking at it right now. I’ll leave it up front for you.” Sure enough when I got there it was right at the counter. I then asked if a part from the big box kit could be used for our toilet and they confirmed that it could. And I showed them a picture of the water connection hose (the one that leaked everywhere!) and they recommended I replace it and gave me the right part for that. And they even gave me advice on how to install everything.
So, I got home, dove in again and then panicked because the new part wouldn’t fit. I called back, told them the problem and Brett asked me to text him a picture. A few minutes later, one of their plumbers called me back and walked me through how to modify the part to fit in the tank. (It was actually simple but I couldn’t have figured it out on my own.)
In the end, we called a handyman who was the father of a friend. Just like we should have in the first place! But, thanks to Lincoln Plumbing, we at least had the right parts! (The handy man was also excellent.)
I truly wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. This kind of customer service is really hard to find, and they and their team are clearly very experienced.
And… No more plumbing jobs for me. Lesson learned the hard way.“

411 Church Lane Rd, Reading“Give these ppl ALL your plumbing, sewer, and drain service needs!!! My husband and I cannot say enough good things about this business. Both Mark (sp?) and Paul provided us with exemplary service. Mark came out on a *holiday weekend*, (which is always when things break down, right?), and drew up a plan of action, which he promptly kept! I now have a new tank, new pump, and--most importantly--running water! I am composing this not even 48 hours after the issue crept up. Did I mention the entire invoice total was much less than we feared/anticipated? I'm just sorry I couldn't thank him in person after the job was done because I had to scurry off to work, but I am so very grateful <3“

They took the time to run to Lowes to get more parts so I wouldn't have an ongoing water pressure issue. They're very knowledgeable, very kind, and very patient. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why, and I really appreciate how cool and professional they are. I'll definitely be calling them when needed, and recommending them to others in need of HVAC services. Very reasonably priced, too. Thank you, guys, for everything. It's very much appreciated!“

540 Robeson St, Reading“Biggest snowfall of the year, roads were terrible, and even in the midst of a pandemic, Rescue One Plumbing came to fix a clog in our sewer lines! We are so grateful for this family owned business that has truly passed down great work ethic and a desire to help and service those in need. In desperation, I had called over 20 local plumbing businesses when water started pouring out of the pipes in our basement. Rescue One was the only company that would come out to service us. The gentleman was professional. Found our sewer line outside was clogged and wasted no time unclogging it. Cost was low and more than reasonable (especially given the urgency paired with poor weather and hazardous road conditions!). Thank you, thank you, thank you!“
