My car broke down right before the holiday. Previously I always had it serviced by the Volkswagen dealer and they didn't have an opening for weeks. A neighbor suggested I use Crespo Auto. Will Crespo was understanding , able to diagnose the problem quickly and got the car back on the road in no time. His pricing more than fair and his shop was easy to find. He made what was a frustrating situation go very smoothly. Glad to have found someone local who can work on my beloved VW- as we all know they have a mind of their own and will need service soon enough . Thanks again

Great and trustworthy mechanic. I am a first time customer and Will was great from beginning to end. He went above and beyond. He not only fixed my fuel pump which caused my initial issue but was up until the early hours of the morning trying to figure out what was causing my car to still not run properly after the fuel pump replacement. He figured out the issue, replaced the part, and I was back on the road the next day. As a person that is not mechanically inclined, I felt comfortable and didn’t feel as though I was being taken advantage of throughout the entire process. Honest mechanic with very fair pricing and quality service. Will is a stand up guy for sure. He got backed up on a prior job but stayed open just to get my car done and back to me the same day as promised. I’ll definitely be returning for all my service needs. Highly recommended!!
