“I can’t overstate how much Dr. Charles has helped me. I do not trust anyone else with my back. This guy is a complete unit. His experience shows big time and he is amazing with people. I could go on forever about him and the wonderful front desk ladies but I’ll sum up Dr. Charles in one story. On one Friday afternoon after a hard day of blue collar work I dropped by because I could hardly move. I parked my car in the lot and staggered up to the door to realize Fridays were closed. I headed back to my car. When I heard my name called out. I turned around to see Dr. Charles (on his day off) heading in go grab something from his office. Before he could speak I said “I was just seeing if you were in I forgot it was Friday” then continued to my car. He works 12 hour shifts 4 times a week and Friday is his day off. Before I could open my car door he says “come in! I will help you.” Dr. Charles saw I needed help and took his own time to help me. He could have easily let me get back in my car and drive away because I didn’t even notice he was there until he called out to me. But he didn’t! Dr. Charles cares about helping people and I’m sure he could help you too! Thank you Dr. you’re a class act.“

“Seen Dr. Tom for the first time today. From the first phone call, he returned my call personally and set me up. Dr Tom is so very nice right from the start. He explains everything he is going to do and listens to what your issues are. I was In a very bad way with my back and he did several adjustments, I literally felt relief right away. I know it's not magic and I need more work but I know I am at the right place! Dr. Tom will also treat you all over , not just treat the issue but fix the source of the problem. “After an accident, I started seeing Dr Kim and Aris for physical therapy. My arm and shoulder were totally black and blue plus I had 2 fractured vertebrae in my lower back. I was in bad shape. Aris would greet me, and we would share some small talk. Dr Kim developed a plan to get my body back to the way it was before the accident. She showed me different exercises to increase the movement and flexibility. Later on, the exercises also included some dumbbells to improve my strength. She explained each process. She challenged and encouraged me. The healing was slow, but improvement was noticeable. I am very grateful to these ladies and would highly recommend their services.“

“For no specific reason, I’ve been debating for a very longtime about going to a chiropractor but continuously put it off. Melissa at Tri-County has been telling me for a long time that I need to come and try it out. I finally took her up on her offer and came down for an appointment and now I can’t stop going after that! It has honestly changed my life in the little amount of time that I’ve been going my lower back pain is gone. She’s working on years of abuse on my upper back, but it’s starting to feel fantastic! Melissa and her staff make you feel welcomed and like family. She takes time to get to know you as a person and not a patient! She has an amazing staff that comes in before she does and warms your body and stretches you out. That alone is amazing and then you add Melissa and it’s unbelievable! Melissa also specializes in pediatrics and I took my kids with one day and Melissa treated them to session and they couldn’t stop talking about it. My youngest said she was the best doctor he’s ever been to and can’t wait to go back.
