Overall I had a great experience with Millcreek for our deck and fence project. We had an old deck that had boards breaking off and no fence at our new house. Jay responded quickly to a call for an estimate and was very helpful during the estimation process as minor changes came up. Their price points were competitive with the other estimates I received and their responsiveness was far better than some of the other companies I spoke with. Karen in the office was very helpful with the deposit, getting the color and material choices selected, and was extra helpful with any questions or concerns I had during the process. The finished deck looks great. The entire project went fairly smoothly but the start date was postponed nearly two months. Most of the coordination happened on site with the crew foreman as work on the project began.
We were very happy with Millcreek's installation of our fence. They completed the project in a timely manner once they began. The team was professional, efficient, and left the area spotless after finishing. Overall, we’re very happy with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of fencing services.
