My fridge decided to stop working and expelled a order of a wire burning, the day before my son's graduation party. I called Ted, explained to him what happened. He was at my house about an hour later. He discovered the problem was a badly burned lightbulb ballast in the back of my fridge. I never knew a fridge, or any appliance could do this! Ted was wonderful. He went above and beyond for us. Our dishwasher broke the day before our big thanksgiving dinner where we were hosting 18 people. Ted found availability for us in his busy schedule. It turned out that we needed a part for our dishwasher that wasn’t due to be in until Friday, so we were sort of screwed for thanksgiving. Well Ted ended up finding the part for us and he came back late that same night so we could have a working dishwasher for Thanksgiving.We will never use anyone else.Service: Dishwasher repair
