Great service, but what’s the point of having an appointment when it seems to be first come first served? Four walk in’s and a later appointment taken because they were lined up earlier? Not cool.
I recently went to St Luke's lab on 8th avenue. They open up at 7 a.m.. The staff is very friendly outgoing and helpful. The office is very clean. Staff is compassionate and friendly. Every time I go to the St Luke's lab services on 8th Avenue I always receive excellent care. When they are taking blood from me they are always very gentle. The lab and the waiting room and bathroom are always very nice comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and caring.
