I went in with my hair extremely damaged and terribly knotted and left there with what felt like brand new hair. Clare did such an amazing job, I swear she has miracle hands!! I can not thank her enough for the superb job that she did, she made me feel so comfortable when I initially was so embarrassed to walk in there with my hair as it was. I made the right choice trusting in her to help me feel normal again. I will definitely be returning again in the future.

Ashley, the owner of Rise Above, is a top notch stylist! She cut my hair exactly as I described. No only is she well-versed in her craft of cutting & color, she is also super personable & laid back. Im always really happy with my haircut when i go here, the prices are super reasonable, and this salon is the most comfortable one ive ever been to! If you have autism as well, id highly recommend this salon! There isnt an overwhelming smell of chemicals, its never crowded when i go later at night, the staff are all super friendly, the music is never too loud, and because Ashley knows that i dont style my hair with product, she never puts unnecessary, uncomfortable products and hairspray in my hair. Theyve made me comfortable with going to the salon frequently and alone again, which i wasnt able to do for years due to prior bad experiences at other salons.Service: Haircut
