The first time I went it was really good. My second time last night was not as good. I paid 90 minutes to get a full body and there were some parts in the front not massaged. If the consistency of the person doing the massage is not the same, I'm not going to keep coming back
I feel as if at this point in time, everyone knows to stop by earlier in the day when the staff isn't tired. However, we all work, it is a business, and I believe the staff should be able to handle customers efficiently throughout all hours of operations, regardless of the job/setting. I was met with rushed service, no relief from my Foot Massage, and felt demanded to pay a tip after the poor service. Anyone else?
