I have enjoyed a float at Metta on multiple occasions now. It is extremely relaxing and I highly recommend it. The facilities are spotless and the owner is wonderful. You need to try it!!!
Stephanie creates a curated ambiance and presence of true relaxation that permeates deep into your soul! Metta is my weekly retreat from the world - whether I am receiving a Release Therapy session or enjoying the hydro massage tables or steam therapy pods. I highly recommend this space to nourish your nervous system and come back home to yourself!

She’s very mindful and polite. It is a place to try new methods of wholistic healing. Red light, water massage, floating tank and cupping is what we experienced. Amazing.
She also has gift certificates. You should experience it.
