Do not allow them to use that air pressure machine to extract ear was. It's dangerous. Manually is more appropriate and better results. (Four days later) I woke up with ear pain today. Not happy. Any damage done to my ear will result in action
I was seen today for a bike fall and the Nurse practitioner I saw was Allyson and she was awesome. I feel she really went above and beyond to make sure I was examined, knew exactly what the care plan was and she was very thorough and helpful. It was one of my best experiences at a medical facility. Everyone I saw today was very professional and friendly. I was able to get x-rayed, my blood drawn and examined all right there on site. I was seen in a very timely manner and was not left waiting for the next steps. The X- ray tech was also very nice and was careful taking the images as to not make make my pain any worse. Went in a couple of hours before it closed on. Sunday. Was told the wait was going to be longer because there was only one provider staffed- which I didn’t care as long as I was able to be seen.
Ended up waiting 15 mins, so not long. They took me back. The nurse and PA were both attentive and efficient.
Would recommend going here. Hopefully, I won’t have to come back. But I would if I needed to.
