LVHN ExpressCARE-Bethlehem Township provides quality care for various injuries and illnesses, including sprains, lacerations, on-the-job injuries, and respiratory issues. The staff is friendly and helpful, with greeters and receptionists who are considerate and knowledgeable. Dr. Andrea and the nurses are praised for their excellent bedside manner, listening skills, and expertise. The urgent care center also offers COVID-19 testing and flu shots, as well as minor physicals. Patients appreciate the prompt service, with estimates on wait times and a focus on getting them in and out efficiently. Overall, this urgent care is highly recommended for its professional and compassionate care.
Went in a couple of hours before it closed on. Sunday. Was told the wait was going to be longer because there was only one provider staffed- which I didn’t care as long as I was able to be seen.
Ended up waiting 15 mins, so not long. They took me back. The nurse and PA were both attentive and efficient.
Would recommend going here. Hopefully, I won’t have to come back. But I would if I needed to.
Very good and patient and understanding with my children and our concerns. A great experience for what we were there for all things considered. Thanks to Dr.Morgan and her nurse for being so helpful!
I'm always hesitant to go to urgent care, but visiting ExpressCARE at Bethleham Township was seamless and the PA that cared for me, Morgan, was lovely and kind. I truly felt heard, as Morgan repeated back to me the symptoms I mentioned and spoke with authority, yet gentleness. I could also tell that she actually took the time to read the notes that I made on my online portal before visiting, so she already understood my health concerns and why I was visiting. The front desk woman was also kind and the facility felt very clean. It was overall a great experience.
