Chris was super helpful I'm an individual that doesn't really understand technology very well and he broke it down very easy for me to understand and what we are doing the work he did was very quick we had a pretty beat up printer that was fixed within the week highly recommend
Competent, honest and fair. It would have cost a fortune to fix my printer, but that's not because of the labor, it's because of the non-availability of parts due to COVID and the fact that it was a particularly expensive part. My printer was not fixed, but that said, Chris had to do a lot of work to get to the point where he could determine whether it was worthwhile. I was not charged for labor, even though LVBM would have been well within their rights to do so. I got a very detailed explanation as to what was wrong and what it would cost to repair and decided not to proceed. LVBM was competent, honest and fair.
