I especially appreciate that he explains the products and treatment process beforehand, which helps me feel informed and comfortable. As always, super friendly and took care of all the outside bait boxes. She also checked our basement, which hadn't been checked for while because we were not home when someone else came to do the inspection. Good news - no evidence of mice dead or alive!.
