I wanted someone local, not a chain, with the knowledge and experience to advise on grab bar placement as well as perform the installation. It's not easy to find such a person who will come to Hunterdon County; Bruce traveled out of his way to help us, and he did it promptly, for a very reasonable price (~700 bucks for five grab bars as well as a significant chunk of his day spent driving out here and consulting with us).
