Had Fritch for ever and am very happy with their service. Very reliable with their emergency responses and regular services. Their tech, Bill H is the absolute best!!! He is very kind and knowledgeable and explains what he's doing and why when he comes to do our yearly maintenance on our furnace and AC unit. He goes above and beyond doing his job! I can only hope he continues to be our tech moving forward for our yearly service check as well as any potential emergencies we may have in the future. Thank you so much!

They came out and gave a second opinion on another company's diagnosis. They were very straightforward and honest. I'm glad I did. Did not try to push any service or product. I would recommend.

These guys know what they are doing, and are very professional and courteous, I highly recommend. They successfully did a very complex job of replacing our AC unit and the hot water heater.
I also want to thank Greg for coming out a separate time off of normal business hours during a snowstorm to check up on our heat and make sure it is running smoothly. Highest recommendations for Fritch!
