I highly recommend Fox Optical for frames and lenses. They take the time to listen to what you want, to get your prescription right, to help you find frames you feel really good in (no matter how long it takes or how many pairs you want to try on) -- and they will tell you honestly if they think you've chosen frames that don't suit you. -- I appreciate that I can come in and have them tightened at no cost. Once I twisted my best pair, and somehow they made it right and didn't even charge me. -- If you give them a budget on new frames, they'll try hard to find you ones you can afford. You will never get a hard sell for high-end frames or add-ons you don't want. -- They always treat you like they're glad to see you. -- And I love how relaxing and welcoming their store is. My schedule is complicated so I never make an appointment. I know I'll probably have to wait, but I purposely go when I'm having a rough day because spending time in their waiting room and being helped by them is such a treat.

I was fortune to find fox optical several years ago when my son was young and needed glasses. At that time no one had fashionable glasses for children. Fox Optical cut down the arms of an adult frame that fit his face. They also tinted his lenses to his favorite color orange. He always received so many compliments on those glasses. My whole family has been going there ever since. Everyone that works there has been there since we started going, which is hard to believe has been about twenty years, that says a lot about the culture at Fox Optical. Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Fox Optical. They still have the most unique and stylish frames.
