Dennis was a pure professional. I have a very old, turn of the century doors on my house. You could tell he had a lot of experience. He knew what some of the issues were with keys made at Lowe’s on the self-serve machine and advised me where to go to get new keys made. I have used him a couple times and he is a fair businessman.
My spouse and I drove from MD and had an unfortunate situation of locking a key fob in the vehicle. After many calls, we reached Dennis and thank god we did! He was very responsive, kind, and on target with his ETA to offer help. He was able to fix our situation and got our key out in minutes.
