Crystal Vision Center is a friendly and patient-focused optometry practice. The staff, including the doctor and technicians, are respectful, helpful, and efficient. The office has a good atmosphere and is always clean. They offer reasonable prices for glasses and contacts, and provide excellent care, even for first-time patients. The people who work there are very kind and considerate, and they set the standard for being kind and professional, especially in these difficult times. The practice is known for its courtesy, understanding, helpfulness, and professionalism, particularly from the opticians Jamel and Bethany. Bethany, in particular, has been praised for her warm and welcoming demeanor, deep knowledge of eyewear options, and dedication to ensuring a precise and comfortable fit. Her passion for helping others see clearly is truly inspiring, and she goes above and beyond to ensure her customers have a thorough understanding of their vision health and the importance of regular check-ups.
This was my daughter’s first visit to this eye care practice, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The doctor was exceptionally professional, patient, and attentive, taking the time to ensure my daughter felt comfortable and at ease throughout the appointment. I took my daughter to this eye doctor today and had such a great experience. The doctor was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough, and made sure both my daughter and I felt comfortable throughout the visit. Everything was explained clearly, and we never felt rushed. It’s obvious they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in what they do. The staff was also welcoming and professional, which made the entire appointment smooth and pleasant. I’m so glad we found this office and would highly recommend them to any parent looking for a caring and knowledgeable eye doctor.
My prescription is complex . Their doctor was so thorough and i waited about 4 weeks for my glasses but i knew that was going to happen . The ladies in this office go above and beyond to help me to understand my insurance . I absolutely love my new glasses and i will be back year after year to receive this kind of treatment and to get my next favorite pair of glasses ! Please come see these young ladies if you want the best experience!
