I had a fabulous first session with Brenda and highly recommend her. She was very focused on making sure she addressed any issues I had and created a message tailored just for me. It was relaxing while really targeting those trouble spots. She really cared, was super professional and gave me a great massage. Already scheduled my next appointment and intend to make it part of my monthly self care routine!

Kristen is an Excellent Massage Therapist. I have had many back issues over the years due to work injuries and she has not only relieved them, but at the same time, kept them at a manageable level. Her office is also quite adept at working with other health care providers to get optimal results. I highly recommend Balanced Body for your health care needs. I am an actual client that gas been going there for the last 15 years.

Brenda was excellent. I’ve been to over a dozen different massage therapists in my life and she has been by far the best I’ve been to. She knows exactly which areas need to be worked on and focuses just on those. She communicates with you throughout the session to make sure you are comfortable with everything. Couldn’t recommend higher.
