Dr. Allen Chiang is perhaps the finest most brilliant and simultaneously empathetic physician from whom I have ever had the pleasure of receiving services. I just left his office an hour ago. His work has permitted me to see with my right eye, despite the retina damage from a central retinal occlusion. Obviously my vision in the affected eye is not perfect, the occlusion was not diagnosed until after a cataract procedure, and upon discovering the hemorrhage, the treating ophthalmologist literally sent me to Mid Atlantic Retina the same day.
